Old Rip Van Winkle Double Barrel Aged A Night to End All Dawns is a select blend of our richest Imperial Stouts.
After tasting through our cellar, we selected a barrel blend aged for over 21 months from both Willett Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Eagle Rare Bourbon barrels.
This blend was then racked into Buffalo Trace Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Bourbon barrels to be finished for an additional 11 months.
