First aged in a blend of various bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon. Then this stout was aged for an additional six months in an Amburana cask. This beer has notes of rich chocolate and vanilla from the bourbon barrel aging, supported by baked cinnamon rolls and creamy vanilla frosting.
