For those of you who haven’t heard of @badbonesbeer in Quebec - definitely get yourself in the know!
They’re a brand new small brewery making some fresh
dope-ass hazy IPA’s.
Using some of their own techniques combined with MM’s, we’re really happy with how this one came out!
With some tweaks in our whirlpool additions of Citra/Mosaic, expect this DIPA to be extra creamy, and brimming with flavor and aroma!
We dry hopped with Citra, Motueka and New Zealand Cascade.
Swerve is a super citrus-forward beer, with notes of tropical fruit and red berries, minimal bitterness and that wonderful creamy full-bodied haze you’ve come to love from our beers.
Again we can’t stress enough - you need to check them out!
