We took our previous batch of BA Little Twin Stars and added bunnnnchesss of bananas!!!
Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels (Willett, Buffalo Trace, Weller, and Heaven Hill) for 48 to 50 months and conditioned on coconut and (Ivory Coast) cacao nibs THEN conditioned on BUNCHES of bananas. Bottled late 2025 in hand-waxed 500ml bottles. 15.5% ABV
