The Mehndi Special Reserve series is a way for us to showcase our double mash imperial stout aged in some of our favorite spirit barrels. Batch #2 was aged in Old Rip Van Winkle 10yr bourbon barrels for 16 months. The rich layers of flavor bring forward a balanced complexity that makes the union of stout and barrel really shine.
