Our Bairal Society exclusive beer blending series crafted to explore the intricacies of our ancient cellar barreled beer combined with some younger wood aged expressions to impart an entirely new experience.
Blend No. 1 consists of an Imperial Oatwine aged in Willet Rye Barrels & Blanton's bourbon barrels for 19 months combined with an Imperial Milk Stout aged in a single Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel for 43 months.
