1) Nebuleus Sunshines Sometimes 2026:
Saison brewed with spelt malt and raw wheat. Aged in a single Dusky Goose pinot noir barrel. Refermented on organic white and yellow nectarines from Peachwood Orchards. Dry hopped with mosaic and citra cryo. 750ml
2) Nebuleus Two Times 2026:
Saison aged in a french oak New Deal gin barrel for 6 months. Refermented on organic Peachwood Orchard peaches. Racked into a freshly emptied american oak Freeland gin barrel for an additional 3 months. Dry hopped with peacherine. 750ml
3) Nebuleus No Standing In The Cownoe 2026:
Open fermented saison brewed with pilsner and wheat malts. Aged in a single french oak gin barrel with brettanomyces for 6 months. Conditioned on chamomile and spruce tips. Collaboration with the weirdos at De Garde. 750ml
4) Nebuleus Living In Hell 2025:
Blend of saisons fermented in oak barrels and finished in a Stonebarn Brandyworks mango liqueur barrel, dry hopped with azacca, conditioned on Oregon sitka spruce tips. 500ml
5) Unflavored 2026:
Saison wort brewed by Upright Brewing, open fermented with a single saison yeast strain, aged in wet Ransom Old Tom gin barrels with a single strain of Brett C. 750ml
6) Tree Flavored 2026:
Saison wort brewed by Upright Brewing, open fermented with a single saison yeast strain, aged in wet Ransom Old Tom gin barrels with a single strain of Brett C. Conditioned on fresh picked Sitka Spruce tips for 14 days prior to bottling. 750ml
