Description
We've once again partnered with our good friends at TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, TN, who have artfully filled empty Nelson Brothers Bourbon barrels with local wildflower honey, resulting in a delightful Barrel-Aged Honey with a flavor profile that simply cannot be replicated or surpassed. Once the TruBee process is complete, we return the honey barrels to our distillery and fill them with our Nelson Brothers Bourbon to finish for an additional 6-8 months.
The result is a new arrangement of one of Nelson's Green Brier Distillery's most celebrated bouquets: Nelson Brothers Honey Cask Finish.

Nose: cotton candy, peach, turbinado sugar, honey, chamomile, lemongrass, wildflower, honeysuckle, and floral
Palate: caramel, vanilla, graham cracker, peppercorn, baking spice, honey, cinnamon, and almond
Finish: black peppercorn, honey, cherry pie, spearmint, and black tea
