Blue Haze is our Blueberry Mead with Toasted Hazelnuts. Resting a massive amount of Hazelnuts on this mead, the end result is one that focuses on the fattiness of the nuts, much like our batch of Raspberry Mac. The tannin of the fruit is softened substantially by the oily characteristics of the nut, leading to flavors of Hazelnut paste with flickers of blueberry jam in the background. Earthy, Dark Chocolate, Butter, Roast, Light Acid, Smooth, Viscous.
