After a painstaking eighteen months of aging, this slightly sweet blend of Deth's Tar meets its cosmic binary in the form of freshly roasted Dark Matter coffee to the tune of ten pounds per oak barrel.”

Mixed Berry Supermassive Café Deth was inspired by blending the last splashes of Mixed Berry Ryeway and Supermassive Café cans after a remote tasting panel during lockdown. The fruit here is subtle - only playing a supporting role to the otherwise coffee-focused BA stout.

Its nose is nearly identical to that of its unfruited counterpart, only meaningfully deviating in flavor and finish. A flash of forepalate sweetness gives way to the malt and coffee before the acid comes in and helps punctuate the finish in short order.

Supermassive Café Mocha Deth - 14.7% ABV This staggeringly satisfying monument to decadence features the same vanilla-laden two-year V.S.O.D. blend from Blanton's, Weller Special, and Stagg Jr. barrels comprising the base for Supermassive Café Deth '24, with over ten pounds per barrel of freshly roasted Guatemalan and El Salvadorian coffees and another ten pounds per barrel of Mexican cocoa nibs from our buds at Dark Matter Coffee.

Quite simply, it's coffee made from beer.
