A gruit/ancient herbed ale brewed with lavender, hibiscus, jasmine, and distilled rose water. Aged in "Barrel One" the historic bourbon barrel Jim Koch originally used to age the first batch of Samuel Adams Triple Bock in 1993. Only 30 barrels produced, one time release no longer in production, extremely rare! Not many more of these out there anymore.
Also included is original hang tag booklet featuring letters between original owners Jim Koch and Sam Calagione, recipe ideas, and other etc. Bottle and booklet are in excellent condition, properly stored, sealed and unopened.
