3 Sons winkle nectar - This huge quadrupled mashed imperial stout was boiled for over 33 hours before being knocked out into our fermenter at 43 plato. It's terminal gravity was 22 plato. We racked this rich, chocolaty malt syrup into soaking wet, Old Rip Van Winkle barrels, and let it sleep for 539 days!
Side project 10 year barleywine - This beer consists of single and double barrel-aged M.J.K. finished for 18 to 27 months in Willett Family Estate Bourbon Barrels. A thoughtful splash of Längst reigns in the intensity and finishes the character of this special blend of deep, rich, luxurious English Barleywines.
