Double Rye Double Vanilla Derivation is a blend of 2 OWK brews, one from October of 2022 which rested in StilL630 Rye barrels and an OWK brew from June of 2023 which rest in Willett 6yr and 9yr Family Estate Rye Barrels before the blend was finished in Willett 4yr Rye Barrels and then being infused with a double amount of hand processed Vanilla Beans.

Side Project - With Brad
Order is for 1 bottle “With Brad” by Side Project.With Brad is a blend of Pecan Barleywine (pecans were used in the mash), and Barrel Aged Stout (Vibes) recipe. The barrels we used were Willett 4 yr Bourbon, a TWCP Blood Oath Barrel Pick, and 1792. The threads were aged for 22 to 24 months before being blended to create our first "With" beer.
