This listing is for one unopened, collectible bottle of Side Project Double Vanilla Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout: Congo
For the base beer, we aged our Vibes Recipe in Willett 4-year bourbon barrels for 20 months before adding a "double" amount of vanilla, an initial amount in the barrel for a small aging, and then the remaining in the bottling tank for a fresh expression to give us the deepest vanilla experience possible. This is the Congo vanilla.
