Imperial stout aged 22 months in WL Weller bourbon barrels. Built expressly for a long sleep in oak, it began as a double-mashed, extended-boil house recipe stout with the depth to absorb time and barrel. From day one, it rested on choice Ugandan vanilla beans—meticulously prepared in-house to capture their full spectrum of creamy, floral, and soft spice character.
After nearly two years, the Weller barrel speaks in layers: crème brûlée and caramelized sugar, honeyed oak and toasted coconut, cocoa nib and candied pecan, dried fig, with a gentle wheated-bourbon warmth and a whisper of char.
