Barrel-Aged Barley Wine, 12.4%, 750ml, Limit 2 Per Person) Tree of Rejuvenation is a pure barrel-aged barleywine that rested in second-use blackberry brandy barrels for over a year. These barrels previously held Barrel Berry, a pioneering barrel-aged cold brew from Tree House Roastery. Upon tasting the beer, we decided to elevate the fruit-forward coffee notes already present by carefully infusing it with a gentle dose of a naturally processed El Salvadoran coffee concentrate, both roasted and extracted in-House. Pouring a dark ruby brown in the glass, it greets your palate with waves of blackberry jam, chewy caramel, and undertones of black cherry and chocolatey coffee; all layered over a luxuriously rich mouthfeel. The combined efforts of our coffee and specialty beer programs have allowed us to create new and interesting flavor experiences within our beverage program.
