(Imperial Milk Stout, 9%, 16oz) Candy Shop is an Imperial Milk Stout brewed with coffee, chocolate, and salted caramel.
It pours a fluffy pitch black in the glass and smells of sweet caramel and classic morning coffee.
The flavor follows suit, with a very creamy, rich, ethereal mouthfeel buoying notes of milk chocolate, creamy coffee, sweet candy syrup, and a teeny, tiny hint of salt.
This is a dessert beer and one that is best savored in a snifter and shared with a friend.
