(Barrel-aged Imperial Stout, 17.1%, 750ml) Truth is the ultimate expression of Tree House Barrel-aged Stout. Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, Tootsie Rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional—a testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Cinnamon Amburana Truth. This variation was conditioned on whole cinnamon sticks and Amburana, a Brazilian hardwood. This tropical wood is used in a wide range of spirits for its rich and dessert-like qualities; when used in our stouts, it has been nothing short of a revelation. Hovering above its creamy tan head are notes of cinnamon buns, vanilla cream, nutmeg, toasted coconut, woody spice, and dulce de leche. It’s a decadent embrace of everything we love about Truth—only with elevated aromas of baking spice and sweet wood. Sip, savor, and enjoy it in the company of those you love.
