(Wheat, 4.1%, 16oz) It’s Alive! Frankenlagerstein is a sinister amalgamation of various brewing traditions, brought to life in a fit of madness! We started with a wheat-heavy grist fit for a Hefeweizen before pitching the strangest of ale yeasts, the indomitable Kölsch! After undergoing a cold fermentation, we dry-hopped this German hodgepodge with buckets of American Cascade worthy of a classic Pale Ale. The result is a silky body full of fruity esters, with notes of citrus peel and pine.
