(Quadruple IPA, 10.5%, 16oz) Infinite Green brings our beloved core beer to new heights. Pouring a familiar golden yellow, with a mountain of foam that rises before collapsing into a sticky lattice, it leaves its mark on your glass with each sip. A juicy malt bill brings notes of sweet caramel across the palate, balancing an absurd hopping regimen. Aromas of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and tropical smoothies greet the senses. Within its hop-oil finish and creamy texture are notes of pine and a melange of sweet fruit gummies.
From the early days of our brewery, Green has been a benchmark of hazy beer, endlessly refined while never losing its unique allure. An intense focus on consistency has been a sturdy foundation when amplifying its character in beers such as this.
