A juicy malt bill brings notes of sweet caramel across the palate, balancing an absurd hopping regimen. Aromas of candied grapefruit peel, sugary juicing oranges, and clementine flesh greet the senses. Within its hop-oil finish are a creamy texture and notes of mango nectar, orange blossom honey, and tropical gummies. From our very inception, Julius has been a constant within our brewery, endlessly refined while never losing its unique allure.
