(IPA, 7% ABV, 16oz) Milky Julius is a rendition of our flagship IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years.
You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Julius--well, just about everything! We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original.
Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it leads with notes of juicy, ripe citrus, mango nectar, and mixed tropical fruit notes and finishes with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. Whoa. We hope this innovative take on an original paradigm-shifting beer hits the right notes for you. Enjoy!
