Normand is our barrel-aged Quad. It rested for twelve months in select bourbon barrels allowing it to transform into a characterful beverage of individuality and intrigue. Pouring a very dark ruby red into the glass, it carries notes of caramel chews, rich dark fruit, bourbon candy, and Belgian yeast esters. An homage to those loved and lost, it is intended to accompany the aching nostalgia that can often accompany holiday celebrations. Share and enjoy with those you love, and relish the present moment. Vintage 2024- Barrel Aged Quadrupel. This beer will age gracefully for up for twelve years. We encourage you to save one to compare with future vintages.
