(Red Session IPA, 5.%6, 16oz) Red Cone is a Red Session IPA inspired by the towering trees out west. These ancient giants drop rust-colored cones on the trail that fit in the palm of your hand. Red Cone pours a beautiful ruby hue with a white foam head. It is aggressively hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra hops. This beer rouses the senses with a rush of grapefruit zest, candied orange, stone fruit, and piney resin. Following behind these snappy aromas are layers of rich caramel and toffee undertones. Red Cone is sessionable, complex, and as refreshing as the rarified air found off the beaten path.
