Sojourn is an American Stout that pours jet black with hints of amber when held to the light. A complex malt bill carries notes of dark roast coffee and chocolate caramels. Magnum and Centennial hops tame the sweetness and blend with the toasty qualities, providing notes of dried citrus peel and earthy pine. This beer brings us back to the early days of our infatuation with the craft. The American Stout is a cornerstone of style and is well worth revisiting time and time again.
