(Wheat Beer, 4.4%, 16oz) Still River is our German-style Weissbier pouring a glowing yellow color with a pleasant hazy appearance. Featuring a wheat-heavy malt bill, its highly effervescent carbonation is balanced by a fluffy and creamy body. Hallertau Mittelfruh lends notes of noble spice while banana and clove aromas fill the air from a traditional yeast. Winding through the backroads under the cover of the trees, street names flash hints of a distant past. Our old New England roads bear unfamiliar names, quaint routes of commerce and wildlife tucked just out of view. Our waterways, however, persist with ease, supremely unbothered by our fleeting presence. Looking out the barn doors, the water runs beneath our feet, trickles through the thatched grass, and unspools its rivulets around the trunks at the pond’s edge. Time seems to take a physical form: a still river that bends and rushes around the rudder of your hand dipped in path.
