Super Cachet is an extra kettle and dry-hopped rendition of Cachet! For all of our extra kettle and dry-hopped beers, we construct the base beer to be significantly more robust to absorb the onslaught of hops. It can be thought of as an entirely new beer since every variable is individually considered. That said, the ingredients follow a similar structure to its partner beer, Cachet. We utilize literal buckets of Strata and Cashmere hops to make a soft, velvety Double IPA that tastes like key lime pie, potent citrus, pineapple cream, and frothy orange juice. This is a ripper, indeed.
