The Resolution. Damn. This massive Triple IPA utilizes a staggering pound per barrel of hops, along with a blend of liquid hop extracts to boot. These extracts are an incredible tool for boosting aromatics--leaving the plant behind, delicate aroma compounds and volatile oils are captured, essentially multiplying the sensory hop charge without subduing the overall profile of the beer with vegetal or earthy notes. We use full-spectrum extracts, which unleash a pungent wave of tropical fruit and add a wonderfully dank finish to its fluffy, smooth body.
