(Double IPA, 8%, 16oz) The Double IPA you are holding right now is our newest riff on our breakfast-themed beers: Wafflenanner! Brewed with Grade-A maple syrup, a deliciously chewy malt bill, and banana purée, this beer is fit for a classic diner. Pouring a cloudy orange, Citra hops creates base notes of fresh-squeezed OJ and bright grapefruit juice. On top of its fruit addition, we utilized an experimental hop variety, HBC-638, which lends creamy notes of tropical banana ice cream! Sweet maple and fresh banana collide and encapsulate the spirit of a rich and fulfilling carbohydrate-heavy breakfast, replete with fresh compote on top! Enjoy!
