Our Fourth Anniversary Imperial Stout aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 13 months. A perfect viscosity with layers of chocolate pralines with bourbon filling.
Double Barrel Double Vanilla Scowl
English Barleywine Ale aged in Weller bourbon barrels for 24 months, conditioned on double vanilla, then aged in Laird's apple brandy barrels for an additional 12 months.
Scowl was brewed over three years ago in collaboration with Monkish and each rendition keeps getting better. Notes of moist tobacco, root beer, and overproof Old Fashioned cocktails.
Exhibit F - A hand-selected, one-of-a-kind blend of Imperial Stouts aged in oak barrels for 16-36 months conditioned on coconut and Marcona almonds before packaging.

This complex blend was extracted and rested upon a gigantic heap of fresh and toasted coconut as well as decadent Marcona Almonds. Dense and extremely complex with decadent notes of coconut cake with bourbon icing.
