Silver Sheep is a hybrid Tree House-style IPA, and lager brewed with all New Zealand hops from our friends Kem and Mike Eggers of Eggers Hops.

The biotransformation that occurred here is some of the most wild we've experienced. Chewy white wine, passion fruit, and citrus notes explode from the glass. It is remarkably soft on the palate, lending an ease of drinkability that instantly rockets this gem to our favorite recent offerings. It currently pours a translucent yellow that will likely brighten up in the can with time.

I haven't seen the crew this excited about a beer since I can't remember when. It beautifully demonstrates the joy that a bright, crisp, vibrant, and refreshing beer can bring.
