Willamette Valley is a new collaboration with Garage Project (Wellington, NZ), in the tradition of previous collaborations like Sunrise Valley and Mātakitaki Valley, which was brewed to showcase select hops that reflected the unique terroirs of their growing region. This new release showcases a blend of Strata, Audacia, and Luminosa hops from Alluvial Hop Farm (Independence, OR) which impart notes of passion fruit, pomegranate, and peach-mango lemonade.
