Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe is one of three Kosher whiskey releases from Buffalo Trace Distillery, a limited edition annual release expected to hit shelves after Passover ends. The certified Kosher bourbon whiskey was made with the guidance of the Chicago Rabbinical Council. In 2012, new American oak Kosher barrels were sold to a non-Jewish Buffalo Trace executive which were filled with a rye recipe bourbon mash bill.
