Coconut PVW23 Medianoche once again features our rarest and most sought-after barrels but this time, we added coconut into the mix. This Imperial Stout blend aged for 41 months in barrels that previously stored first-use 23-year-old Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve Bourbon, often referred to as the holy grail of bourbons. Following the extensive barrel-aging, we added our signature blend of raw and toasted coconut chips. This created the perfect pastry version of our already popular Medianoche PVW23. Experience the intense aroma of toasted coconut and oak, followed by notes of sweet coconut cream, chocolate, and a satisfying finish of alcohol heat from the bourbon
