Fresh Peach was crafted to showcase the best and most fresh Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine that we have. We went to great lengths to get Nelson and Peacharine specifically in-house as close to harvest as possible to make this beer. In addition to the New Zealand hop charge, we selected Citra, which carried aggressively stone fruit-forward notes. To elevate the experience further, we coaxed our yeast to throw more stone fruit esters than a typical batch. The resulting beer is a singular expression of our hop selection and brewing efforts toward the most peachy beer we can make. It’s all a function of water, malt, hops, and yeast -- it’s fun, isn’t it?! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

It pours a glowing orange color into the glass and features a bouquet of tropical fruit, fresh citrus, and stone fruit. It is aggressive but maintains a drinkability you have come to love from our beer. Savor, and enjoy!
