Imperial Oat Stout aged in a single barrel Elijah Craig cask hand-picked by The Beer Cellar, for 26 months. This beer was intentionally bottled still or with no carbonation. Our goal in doing this is to allow a unique experience similar to pulling a sample straight from the cask, just like how we tasted it as it was aging.
