Phase Three - Imperial Perception of Depth (2024)
A sleeping giant of ours. This beer is one of our favorite beers we've released, back again, here in 2024. A more refined feel to it. Slightly overdone biscuits, with subtle notes of roasted nuts and lightly roasted coffee makes up the base notes of this beer that we then threw in bourbon barrels for 26 months to reduce and pick up notes of baking spice, caramel, charred wood, and warming bourbon.
