Up for auction is a 7-year vertical collection of Jester King’s delicious raspberry-fermented farmhouse ale La Vie En Rose, containing 7 bottles - one bottle from each batch #5 through #11, curated from years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.
Here’s a description on the 2022 version of this outstanding beer from Jester King:
La Vie en Rose is a farmhouse ale re-fermented on the raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite. The ratio of fruit to beer is very high for Atrial Rubicite (6 pounds per gallon), so La Vie en Rose has a lot of fruit character even though it's from the second re-fermentation of the raspberries. It's unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned. The effervescence from bottle conditioning of the 2022 batch is lower at 1.6 volumes of CO2, but we don't feel this impacts the enjoyment of what's a very fruit-forward, wine-like beer. Enjoy!
