- If you have arranged alternative payment methods or wish to discuss the transaction prior to payment 

then simply click into your dashboard  to message the seller/buyer. 

- Microsoft email is brutal! They have a circular response to solve problems. If you have a hotmail, live, msn, or outlook account you may see some issues receiving emails. We are working on it, but the internet is awash with the frustrations of all users trying to work through their silliness.
