One Can of Milky KJ Mango -- 3/28/26
(Double IPA, 7.8%, 16oz) Milky King Julius Mango is a rendition of one of our favorite Double IPAs, brewed to carry even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It represents the culmination of all the knowledge we’ve gained while experimenting with new malts, yeast, and processes over the last two years.
You may wonder what separates this beer from the original King Julius—well, just about everything! We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original. To To top it all off, we condition it on buckets of sticky mango purée at its peak.
Pouring a milky orange hue into your glass, it leads with aromas of creamy mango lassis, ripe citrus, and mango nectar before bursting into a mélange of melon notes and finishing with a firm, short-lived bitterness. The king is back and has never tasted this smooth! Enjoy!
