Patient Nomad is a Czech dark lager (tmavé pivo) that undergoes extended conditioning in our lager cellar. Brewed with authentic light and dark floor malted barley and an assortment of roasted malts, it carries complex notes of cocoa powder, brown bread, hay, and earthy noble hops. Its long rest in stainless results in a striking clarity, softness in character, and tight carbonation with sticky meringue-like foam. It is thoughtful, elegant, and packed with nuance and character. We find that Nomads complexity commands your attention while simultaneously fades into the background with ease.
