For this rendition of Double Dry-Hopped Ancient Theories, we wanted to try something new to crank up this beer's payload. Starting with BC Hop Ranch's beautiful Citra, we added Freestyle's Nelson, Riwaka, Peacharine, and a new product they've been working on; Cold Pressed Hop Juice: Nelson. Cold Pressed Hop Juice is a liquid hop product produced by flash-freezing fresh hops from the bine and extracting the essential elements to preserve the bright, "green" flavors and aromas in fresh Nelson.
