(Pilsner, 5.2%, 16oz) Drift is an American Pils pouring a clear straw color with a rising cloud of foam above the glass. Utilizing Rahr Maltings To Thee! pilsner malt, it acts as a clean canvas for hop expression with subtle notes of golden crust and nutty grains. On top of a kettle charge of Warrior, a careful dry hop of Amarillo and Nugget creates aromas of fresh cut pine, floral stone fruit, and citrus peel.
