This year’s blend is composed of a combination of Rye and Bourbon casks aged for 2.5-3.5 years. Aged on heaps of chocolate and an assortment of vanilla beans, then finished with a light dusting of cinnamon. We taste waves of chocolate with vanilla layered throughout then finishing with a chocolate, bourbon, and cinnamon finish.
