A blend of Lambics brewed on November 30th and December 6th, 2016, aged in Cognac barrels, and subsequently bottled in 2020.This unique blend is the result of a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cognac Grosperrin.

A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note. Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.
