Description
With Brad is a blend of Pecan Barleywine (pecans were used in the mash), and Barrel Aged Stout (Vibes) recipe. The barrels we used were Willett 4 yr Bourbon, a TWCP Blood Oath Barrel Pick, and 1792. The threads were aged for 22 to 24 months before being blended to create our first "With" beer.

Side Project - Bubble Wrap
Bubble Wrap is our Blended Barrel Aged Stout Collaboration with Weldwerks, Other Half, Angry Chair and The Veil. We each selected barrels to blend and then ship to each other, to create individual blends at our breweries and treat with our own integration of adjuncts. We selected Coconut Flakes, Vanilla Beans, Coffee and Fresh Ground Cinnamon for this Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
