This is a 2014 vintage of FILMISHMISH, a sour blonde ale from The Bruery aged in oak foeders with apricots and vanilla. Named after the Arabic word for “the season of apricots,” this beer captures the fleeting brightness of summer with tart fruit, soft oak, and subtle vanilla. At 5.6% ABV, it’s refreshing, nuanced, and cellar-worthy.
