Pruim Reine Claude 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varieties of Reine Claude plums. The fresh, overripe, aromatic plums for this beer were harvested in Hageland (Belgium) and Northern France. Exquisitely the plums communicated their graceful yet complex harmony to us. So we blended the plum lambics with this fragility in mind and tried to translate the elegance and appearance of the fruit into the beer.
