Modern Times Beer Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing Company Spectrum of DesireThis blend of bourbon barrel-aged and stainless imperial stout was infused with Dutch-process cocoa powder, a hefty 3lbs-per-barrel of house-roasted Brazil Eagle coffee beans, and a 50/50 blend of Papua New Guinea and Tanzanian vanilla.
