A blend of Lambics brewed on November 30th and December 6th, 2016, aged in Cognac barrels, and subsequently bottled in 2020.This unique blend is the result of a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cognac Grosperrin.

Bourbon Barrel Aged American Barleywine Anabasis is our Barleywine that was brewed with American malts and hops, but fermented with a strong English Ale strain to provide rich toffees, fruity hops, with a strong leathery, caramel backbone. Bourbon and vanilla showcase the roundness of 27 months of aging in some of our favorite bourbon barrels.
